THE LAND BRIDGE

Join us on THU MAY 08.  7pm to watch the 30-minute documentary film and learn about The Land Bridge. Guest panellists will include first nations knowledge-holders and scientific experts in environmental history. The Land Bridge is a colourful, free digital resource which tells the story of ice age Bass Strait when it was a grassy plain connecting Lutruwita/Tasmania and Victoria. It explores the underwater worlds, cultural traditions and above water remains which link us to that deep past landscape today. The Land Bridge project was produced by Wind & Sky Productions and received funding through the Australian Government’s Our Marine Parks grant program.
